Return & Exchange Policy

We are a small, online-only boutique and each piece is hand-selected in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

EXCHANGE ONLY – NO REFUNDS – NO STORE CREDIT

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier (not from the date you open the package).

  • Exchanges are only available for full-priced items with no discounts, promo codes, or sale pricing applied.


CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Your item must meet all of the following:

  1. Original tags attached (must be the same condition as shipped — no re-attaching tags).

  2. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (we do not accept items with deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear).

  3. Returned in the original packaging provided.

  4. You must include your order number and return authorization inside the package.

  5. You must provide photo proof of the item showing it is in perfect condition before shipping it back.

If any condition is not met, the item will be returned to you at your expense and your exchange will not be processed.


FINAL SALE ITEMS – NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Jewelry & accessories (including necklaces, earrings, scarves, handbags, belts, bracelets)

  • Shoes

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Pre-orders

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear

  • Sale items or purchases made using a discount code


RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

You must email theelevatedblondeboutique@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • Photos of the item and tags in unworn condition

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the exchange

If your request is approved, we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

  • No RA# = No Return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at a $12 return shipping fee.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item to us.

  • We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance — we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • The item must be received by us within 7 calendar days of your return being approved.


MULTIPLE RETURNS POLICY

Due to our limited inventory, if you request more than 3 returns/exchanges in a 45-day period, a 30% restocking fee will apply to each approved exchange going forward.


COLOR & FIT DISCLAIMER

Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to lighting and display differences. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
